Dr. Pauline Williams is a media producer, educator, and storyteller whose work is rooted in edutainment—the integration of education and entertainment to inform, inspire, and transform audiences.
Called into the field of education, she began her career as a bilingual elementary school teacher, where she produced educational media with her students and brought storytelling into the classroom. She later served in higher education as a professor of bilingual/bicultural education and holds a PhD in Curriculum Design, with expertise in program and curriculum development.
Alongside her work in education, Dr. Williams trained and worked as a television producer through a local cable access network, developing skills across all areas of production, with particular strength in directing, camera operation, and editing. Her body of work reflects her commitment to edutainment and includes narrative films, situation comedies, documentaries, talk shows, children’s programming, and over a decade of media ministry broadcasting.
As the Founder and CEO of Mattimex Productions, LLC, she brings together her background in education and media to help individuals and organizations tell meaningful stories. Her services include film production and development, concept and story development, professional pitch deck creation, film editing, educational consulting, curriculum design, and speaking.
