Mattimex FILM develops and produces documentary, narrative, educational, and mission-driven media that elevate authentic voices and meaningful stories. We produce original films and documentaries while also partnering with nonprofits, schools, faith-based organizations, businesses, and community groups to bring their stories to life through compelling visual media.

Whether creating a feature film, preserving history through documentary storytelling, highlighting community impact, supporting fundraising efforts, or educating audiences, we help transform meaningful ideas and experiences into stories that inspire, engage, and endure.

Mattimex EDU brings that same intentionality to schools and districts, offering professional development, language training, curriculum design, and educational media that equip educators and school leaders to connect more deeply with the students and families they serve. Drawing upon more than 40 years of experience in education, we create engaging learning experiences focused on culturally responsive teaching practices, multilingual learner success, and leadership development.

Dr. Pauline Williams is the Founder and CEO of Mattimex Productions, LLC. Called into the field of education, she began her career as a bilingual elementary school teacher before serving in higher education as a professor of bilingual/bicultural education, multicultural education, elementary education, and culturally sustaining pedagogies. She holds a PhD in Curriculum Design, with expertise in program and curriculum development. She is also a trained television producer, bringing a rare combination of educational expertise and media craft to every project she leads.
